In order to analyse the behaviour of users of our website, we use the following web analysis services on the legal basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and hereby provide the following information:
(1) Google Analytics
(a) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files stored on your computer, to allow the analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will however be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the European Economic Area Treaty. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the internet for the website operator.
(b) The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
(c) You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the corresponding setting in your browser software. However, please note that you may not be able to use all the functions on this website if you choose this option. You can also prevent Google's collection and use of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address), as well as the processing of this data, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
(d) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". so that only your shortened IP address is processed. This excludes the possibility of identifying specific persons. If the data concerning you collected allows identification, this will be immediately excluded and the personal data thus immediately deleted.
(e) We use Google Analytics in order to be able to analyse the use of our website and regularly improve it. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our service and make it more interesting for you as the user. In the exceptional case where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is a signatory to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
(f) Information on the third party provider: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html, privacy information: http://www.google.com/intl/en/analytics/learn/privacy.html and the privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
(g) This website also uses Google Analytics to perform a cross-device analysis of visitor traffic for a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your use in your customer account under “My data”, “Personal data”.
(2) Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
(a) This website may use Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
(b ) Within the framework of Google AdWords, we use conversion tracking. If you click on an ad delivered by Google, a cookie for the conversion tracking will be set. Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s computer by the Internet browser. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not serve to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we are able to recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page.
(c) Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie serves to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers that have opted for conversion tracking. The customers see the total number of users that clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that could be used to personally identify the user. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by simply disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie under the user settings in your Internet browser. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
(d) The storage of conversion cookies takes place on the basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
(e) For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, see the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.
(f) You can change the settings in your browser so that you are notified when cookies are stored and only allow cookies in that specific case, or refuse cookies in certain cases or in general, or activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are disabled, this may restrict the functionality of this website.
(3) Google Ads Remarketing
(a) We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, "Google Ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analysed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to users on other sites even after they have visited our website. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google display network. The visits of these users are recorded via these cookies. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular end device and not to identify a person
(b) You can find more information on privacy at Google at http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy
(c)You can change the settings in your browser so that you are notified when cookies are stored and only allow cookies in that specific case, or refuse cookies in certain cases or in general, or activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. The tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If this is deactivated at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
(b) Further information on Google Tag Manger can be found at https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

(a) We also use conversion tracking on our website with LinkedIn Insights Tag, a tool of LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. For this purpose, the LinkedIn Insight tag is integrated on our website and a cookie is set on your device by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website and your IP address is collected. Timestamps and events such as page views are also stored. This enables us to statistically evaluate the use of our website in order to constantly optimise it. We learn, for example, which LinkedIn ad or interaction on LinkedIn brought you to our website. This allows us to better control how our ads are displayed.
(b) For more information on Conversion Tracking, see https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/67595/linkedin-conversion-trackingubersicht
(c) Please note that the data may be stored and processed by LinkedIn so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and LinkedIn may use the data for its own advertising purposes. For more information, please see LinkedIn's privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
(d) You can prevent LinkedIn from analysing your usage behaviour and from displaying interest-based recommendations at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.

However, you should also acknowledge that we cannot control the transmission of data via electronic communication facilities by third parties, including the Internet. Therefore, under no circumstances do we accept liability for any breach of security or unauthorised disclosure or use of such data caused by third parties on the Internet. You can set your browser to refuse to accept cookies and Baidu Analytics, but this may prevent you from making full use of the website services.
(8) Hotjar
(a) We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimise the offering and experience on this website. With the help of Hotjar’s technology, we get a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and what they don't, etc.).
This helps us to align our products and services with the feedback of our users. YouTube will save your data as a usage profile and use it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or to configure the website according to demand.
